Minister, Dr. Darlene Ford |
I've always been inspired by Minister Ford's analogy of God's Word. Her excitement overflows and before you know it, you're excited too!
She has a somewhat comical way of informing how God's teachings has helped her in the secular world. This was to remind us how we should act and respond to people who are not knowledgeable of Christ.
And having a background in education, she knows a "little something" about giving homework too! Her class assignments were very creative and fun. |

Sis. Doris Giles |
I was pleasantly impressed by her knowledge of God's Word. I'll always remember her warm and pleasant smile.
She could've easily authored the book titled "Understanding People" because her attitude toward everyone, young and old, is reflective of the sensitivity needed to deal with different peoples' ever-changing attitudes and personalities.
I was also impressed with her personal and positive comments and test feed-back. As nice as she is, during skits, she's hard to please! But that was only to make us better. |

Sis. Etta Jean Hall |
Although somewhat quiet, or so it seems, Sis. Hall knows God's Word and how to teach it where her students get a good understanding.
To get the point across, she was able to interject her personal situations into the lessons.
We had lots of fun and interesting discussions in her classes. We had so much fun that we didn't have time to do our debate. Compared to other instructors, her tests were just as exciting! And by the way, she makes very good enchiladas too! |

Minister, Dr. Joyce Raynor |
We only had a one-time opportunity of Minister Raynor's teaching, but her style was very exciting and she is very knowledgeable in God's Word as well.
By her enthusiasm, you can tell she likes to teach. Her teaching is an extension of her preaching style, which is exciting as well.
A couple of terms I'll remember from the subject she taught is "hook" and "took" Once you join the class, you'll learn what that means. |

My "LAST WILL and TESTAMENT" to the next ETA Class: |
To all future ETA classes, I Will to Thee "long-suffering!" If you don't know the meaning, you will. As you study the first few books, don't get discouraged; because the "Best is Yet to Come!"
The information learned from these courses, various Bible Study classes and the preaching of God's Word will enhance your knowledge, wisdom and understanding of God, people and yourself.
One highlight for me, something I've never attempted, was learning all 66 Books of the Bible, even backwards! |
